Abbood Valuations is headed up by Colin Abbood, a member of the South African Property Owner's Association and the South African Institute of Valuers, and a registered member of the South African Council for the Property Valuers Profession.

Abbood Valuations specialise in industrial and commercial valuations of land and buildings. Plant and machinery valuations are conducted by our Associates.

An important part of our service is that we understand the need for companies to be able to budget for valuations and hence our fees are quoted up front, based on time not on a percentage of the value, in accordance with the Tariff as laid down by the SAIV.
