Cellular Insurance Managers (Pty) Ltd is an insurance administration company and cell captive provider appointed to handle claims and underwriting - as well as regulatory compliance issues - on behalf of many large companies, and Centriq Insurance Company Limited.

What We Do

Underwriting - We set rates, excesses and terms on groups and then we capture all policy details, liaise with customers and handle various marketing issues on behalf of insurers and customers.

Claims - done entirely by us, and in this regard we assist customers with claims procedures and documentation, validate their policy and cover details and arrange for settlement of claims. We deal with cell phone replacements through our extensive dealer network in a FAIS compliant manner.

Our History

Cellular Insurance Managers (Pty) Ltd was registered in 2000 and has been involved as a supplier of insurance services to various large retailers since the inception of cell phones in 1994. The company and its operations, staff and systems are dedicated to service and efficiency.
